Deposit Policy

To secure your booking we require one nights cost as a deposit. Payment may be made by either cheque, credit card (visa or mastercard only). The balance for your stay is due before or on arrival.

 

Refund Policy

Deposits minus a 20% administration charge are refundable up to 14 days before arrival.

Deposits for cancellations after this point will not be returned unless the accommodation can be let in which case 80% of the deposit will be returned.

 

Bedding and Kitchen equipment are available for hire:

Bedding for a single bed or bunk $10 per stay
Bedding for a double bed $15 per stay

Kitchen hire for 2 people is $8 per stay plus a refundable bond of $20
Kitchen hire for 4 people is $10 per stay plus a refundable bond of $25

Full kitchen equipment and bedding is available for hire for large groups. Please contact us to discuss requirements and obtain a quote.
